Shipping policy
All orders are processed with the following steps and timeframes:

Order is placed:Â Order processing of up to 5 business days to start the jewellery creation process.

Jewellery creation:Â As our jewellery is made to order, this process can take between 6 and 9 weeks.
Please note that COVID19 has unfortunately caused some delays and if it appears that the order will take any longer, we will let you know.
- Jewellery is shipped: After your jewellery is created, we ship it to you. Please note that COVID19 has also caused shipping delays but we will communicate to you as soon as your ordered jewellery is on your way to you.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.Â
We offer free shipping for orders over $1000 AUD.
Once the jewellery is crafted, the estimated delivery time will depend on Australia Post's current Express Post turnaround times.
Please note: Due to the impact of COVID19, this has stretched out to be between 7 and 14 business days for some areas and may take longer. Once the situation is resolved, shipping times will revert to whatever is current at the time with Australia Post. Shipping time is calculated from the moment your item is shipped to you. As our jewellery is made to order, the item is first made and then shipped.
International Shipping
At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
How do I check the status of my order?
Once your order has been crafted, when your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.Â
If you haven’t received your order within 14 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at orders@everspark.com.au with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Shipping to P.O. boxes
We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a valid address in your shipping information.Â
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
Please refer to our returns policy.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at orders@everspark.com.au with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
